Enhance patient care as a Registered Nurse or Registered Psychiatric Nurse at Fraser Health. This position emphasizes collaboration and comprehensive care in a mental health setting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough mental health assessments
• Develop individualized care plans based on client needs
• Collaborate with healthcare teams for effective treatment
• Monitor client progress and medication efficacy
• Document care and maintain confidentiality
Requirements:
• Approved Nursing or Psychiatric Nursing degree
• Minimum two years’ experience in mental health
• Valid registration with BCCNM
• BC Driver's License and personal vehicle access
• Strong knowledge of crisis intervention strategies
