In this nursing role, you will assess vaccination status and health conditions, offering patients various vaccines, including influenza and herpes zoster. Engage with individuals about hypertension and diabetes management, while providing device usage instructions. Collaborate with the pharmacy team to enhance service offerings and ensure patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Take blood samples for health assessments
• Administer vaccines based on patient needs
• Offer services for chronic conditions like hypertension
• Provide training on blood glucose and pressure devices
• Welcome patients warmly and professionally
Requirements:
• Member of the Ordre des infirmiers et infirmières du Québec
• DCS or bachelor’s degree in nursing
• Familiarity with Québec immunization protocol
• Knowledge of travel health protocols
• Strong communication skills with patients
