As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will conduct patient assessments, develop individualized care plans, and deliver nursing care in line with BCCNM standards. This role requires effective communication and organizational skills, as you will engage with patients and their families, while also participating in continuous quality improvement initiatives. Your contributions will promote a holistic, patient-centered approach to health care delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess patient needs and strengths comprehensively
• Provide supportive environments for families and patients

• Document and evaluate nursing care procedures
• Operate and maintain patient care equipment
Requirements:
• Graduation from a recognized practical nursing program
• Current registration with BCCNM
• Effective communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work with diverse patient populations
• Physical capability to perform nursing duties
