As a Manager in Clinical Operations, you will oversee multi-disciplinary teams in a direct patient care setting, driving operational excellence and high-quality care delivery. You will directly supervise nursing staff while managing significant clinical operations and program services. Your commitment to integrity and accountability will foster an empowered setting for both staff and patients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage operating and capital budgets in clinical settings
• Supervise Nurses at Level 4 or 5 wage classification
• Recruit, mentor, and provide feedback to team members
• Lead quality care initiatives and assess department outcomes
• Maintain effective communication across departments
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in health sciences or related field
• Seven years' experience, including two in leadership roles
• Strong understanding of clinical practice and program development
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
