Are you passionate about quality, precision, and science-driven work? We’re looking for a Lab Technician to join our QC Chemistry Lab
, where you’ll play a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest quality and safety standards. This is a hands‑on opportunity to work with advanced analytical techniques while contributing to continuous improvement in a regulated laboratory environment.

Job status: Permanent, Full-time

Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm

Work location: Onsite

Salary range: $50,000–$62,000 per year

Responsibilities
  • Perform quality control testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products using techniques such as wet chemistry, titration, and physical analysis.
  • Operate and support analytical instrumentation including ICP, HPLC, ELISA, UV-Vis, and FTIR in accordance with pharmacopeial and in-house methods.
  • Participate in laboratory and product investigations, including out-of-specification (OOS), out-of-trend (OOT), and non-conformance investigations.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by contributing to process and system enhancements within the QC lab.
  • Write, revise, and peer-review quality control methods, SOPs, and work procedures while adhering to cGMP and safety requirements.
Qualifications
  • A completed diploma in a science discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience operating and maintaining laboratory equipment and instrumentation.
  • Experience working in an analytical laboratory environment (considered an asset).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint, and Outlook, with familiarity using a LIMS system as an asset.
  • Exposure to Lean Six Sigma training or similar continuous improvement methodologies (an asset).
