You will lead essential activities within the eQMS, ensuring that supplier qualifications and audits meet rigorous standards. Collaboration and management are key aspects as you engage with vendors and procurement teams. Your background in the food or pharmaceutical industry will contribute significantly to maintaining compliance and performance monitoring.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage supplier and material qualification activities
• Facilitate audits and monitor supplier performance
• Initiate SCAR investigations with suppliers
• Drive compliance through strategic requalification processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for audits
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Biology, or Food Science
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a related role
• Certified Quality Auditor/Supplier Quality Engineer is beneficial
• Knowledgeable in FDA, CFIA, and Health Canada guidelines
• Proficient with data collection and analysis using MS Office
