Stencil Maker & Production Helper

Position Overview

• Responsible for stencil making and providing general production help, including:
  • Stencil selection, application, exposure, development, and screen storage.
  • Positioning image on screen according to job requirements.
  • Exposing photo stencils, touching up stencils, preparing and stretching screen material and frames, and making needed repairs.
  • Cleaning and preparing used screens for reuse.
  • Keeping the production area and machinery clean.
  • Putting away received printing supplies.
  • Performing other duties as needed or assigned.

• Working knowledge of screen printing.
• Strong understanding of types of screens and mixing emulsions.
• Ability to work closely with diverse groups of people.
• Ability to establish, monitor, and attain quality and service goals for the department.

• Job Type: Full‑time, Permanent.
• Schedule:
  
  8‑hour shift, Monday to Friday 7:00am‑3:30pm.
• Pay Range:
  The typical hiring range for this position is from $18.25 – $22.00 hourly; base pay offered may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
