Quality Assurance Supplier Engineer Position

Drive excellence in supplier quality as a Supplier Quality Engineer focusing on IATF 16949:2016 compliance. Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to maintain high-quality standards.

This full-time, on-site role within the Quality Assurance department involves fostering supplier relationships while managing quality system documentation. Under the direction of the Engineering & Quality Manager, you will evaluate suppliers, implement corrective actions, and conduct KPI analysis to support ongoing improvement initiatives. This position plays a crucial role in aligning supplier performance with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and develop supplier quality performance

• Conduct audits and maintain audit records

• Monitor and report on QMS KPIs

• Manage statistical studies to identify process improvements

• Update and maintain quality management documentation

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in an industrial environment

• Preferred ASQ CQE or equivalent qualification

• Comprehensive knowledge of APQP, PPAP, SPC

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and organization abilities
