Key Responsibilities:

• Perform regular safety inspections and audits across sites

• Enforce compliance with safety legislation and company policies

• Mentor teams on health and safety best practices

• Oversee safety training delivery and documentation

• Investigate incidents and identify preventive measures

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience in Environmental, Health & Safety

• Certification in Occupational Health & Safety preferred

• Valid Class 5 BC Driver's Licence and ability to travel

• Strong leadership and communication skills essential

• Background in safety management systems an asset
