Quality Assurance Compliance Supervisor Hybrid

Take a leadership role in quality compliance with Factors Group! The Quality Assurance Compliance Supervisor supports HACCP management, export regulations, and supplier programs in a hybrid environment.

This permanent, full-time position requires a Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline and over five years of relevant industry experience. In this supervisory role, you will lead import/export documentation efforts and maintain Food Safety Preventative Control Plans. You’ll also support team management and quality agreement processes to ensure compliance across various locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan activities for achieving quality certifications and licenses

• Secure import/export documentation with regulatory bodies

• Maintain HACCP and PCP programs as required

• Oversee supplier requalification and quality agreements

• Assist in staff scheduling and performance assessments

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Biology, or Food Science

• 5+ years in food or pharmaceutical industry roles

• Supervisory experience of 2+ years

• Knowledge of GMP and relevant regulations

• Proficient in MS Office applications
