Become a Quality Compliance Coordinator with Factors Group in Coquitlam, BC, overseeing quality compliance and certification initiatives. This hybrid full-time opportunity emphasizes certification maintenance and stakeholder coordination.
In this engaging role, you will orchestrate critical compliance activities for major certifications while maintaining quality agreements. You will address product quality complaints and track corrective actions to ensure high standards.
Your role also includes analyzing trends and preparing reports for management review.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure attainment of various key certifications
• Update and maintain agreements with suppliers
• Investigate and coordinate product quality complaints
• Track and close corrective preventive actions (CAPAs)
• Present quarterly and annual compliance reports
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Biology, or related field
• At least 2 years in a similar quality assurance role
• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Proficient with MS Office tools for data management
• Valid BC driver’s license and access to transportation
