- Terms of employment:
Full-time, Permanent - Wage: $29.00 ~ $37.00/hour (depending on experience)
- Working Hours:
30-40 hours/week - Number of Positions: 1
- Work Location:
250-329 North Road, Coquitlam, BC V3K 3V8 - 4% vacation pay
Job Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate staff activities
- Plan, manage and evaluate the overall performance of daily restaurant operations
- Establish staff work schedules and manage staff performance
- Establish and implement customer service standards and operational procedures
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns
- Manage inventory, monitor revenues, and adjust procedures and prices
- Recruit and train staff, and oversee staff training
Job requirements:
- Experience:
2~3 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required - Education:
Completion of secondary school is required
