At Marks, you will manage end-to-end retail projects, partnering with client teams and internal design studios.
Your role involves leading project kick-offs, client meetings, and ensuring design work adheres to brand guidelines. With a focus on profitability and on-time delivery, you'll be at the forefront of integrating creativity with execution in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage communication between design and client teams
• Oversee branded retail project execution and quality checks
• Write briefs and align on campaign objectives
• Liaise with stakeholders to resolve project issues
• Track project budgets, forecasts, and invoicing
Requirements:
• 3-5+ years in client service and project management
• Proficient in Mac OS and project management software
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
• Strong attention to detail across projects
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Design
