As Operations Manager, you will protect JYSK’s assets and minimize losses through proactive execution of loss prevention policies. This role includes supporting the management team in maintaining company values and customer promises, ensuring a high standard of service in the store.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute loss prevention and key control policies effectively
• Conduct weekly inventory counts and full store inventory assessments
• Manage weekly inventory orders to maintain stock levels
• Ensure compliance with store opening and closing security procedures
• Collaborate with management to enhance team performance
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in retail management or customer service
• Strong leadership qualities with a positive attitude
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Capability to handle physical tasks required for the role
