Key Responsibilities:
• Enforce loss prevention and key control policies
• Conduct weekly and full-store inventory counts
• Manage weekly ordering for inventory sufficiency
• Perform store opening and closing security checks
• Collaborate with management to uphold company values
Requirements:
• 2 years of retail management experience
• Positive leadership qualities
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Strong team collaboration skills
