As a Universal Pro Associate, you will be key in enhancing the Pro customer experience. Your responsibilities will include processing sales transactions swiftly, assisting in driving Pro loyalty programs, and maintaining the Pro desk and lumber canopy areas. You will engage deeply with customers to discern their project needs while following safety protocols throughout your work.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and engage every customer warmly
• Process sales transactions accurately and swiftly
• Assist in increasing Pro loyalty program registrations
• Maintain stocked and organized Pro desk areas
• Support customers with product knowledge and solutions
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of products and procedures
• Effective communication and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work flexibly across various roles
• Safety compliance and hazard reporting experience
