Position: Sales Associate / Jewelry Consultant - Peoples Jewellers Centre BC
Overview  Peoples Jewellers, part of Signet Jewelers, is Canada’s largest retailer of fine jewellery with over 90 locations from the Maritimes to British Columbia.
Your Role  As a member of the Sales Team, you are responsible for providing a superior experience to our valued customers. In addition, you will:
Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and desires
Present merchandise and share detailed information regarding features and benefits of products
Provide information regarding extended service plans and financing options
Meet individual and team sales goals
Qualifications   Desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives
Strong customer service, sales, retail and/or jewelry experience
Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours such as nights, weekends, and holidays
Positive, customer‑focused approach in delivering an exceptional customer experience
Strong communication and relational skills
Benefits and Compensation   Base pay, $17.85 – $22.00 plus commission on sales (final rate determined by experience and qualifications)
