Customer-Focused Sales Associate

Elevate customer experiences at The Children’s Place in Coquitlam, British Columbia, as a Sales Associate. Exhibit excellence in service and effective communication while fulfilling store initiatives.

The Sales Associate will support the Store Leadership Team in meeting all company goals, embodying strong customer service and product knowledge.

Your role will include maintaining store merchandise presentation and ensuring proper stock levels, all while addressing customer needs swiftly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer activity with urgency and care

• Share value and quality of merchandise, promoting current offers

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of sales and stockroom areas

• Support adherence to Loss Prevention procedures

• Exhibit flexibility by processing stock when needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent experience

• Previous retail experience preferred

• Minimum age of 18

• Excellent time management and organizational skills

• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs
