Lead Guest Services as the Assistant Store Manager for Spencer Gifts. This role includes supporting store operations, staff development, and ensuring profitability while adhering to company policies.
As an Assistant Store Manager, you play a key role in enhancing customer experiences while working closely with the Store Manager. You will manage expenses, shrinkage, merchandising, and inventory control, all aimed at maximizing sales. Prior retail or management experience is essential for this position, which allows for up to 38 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish and maintain high Guest Services standards
• Support Store Manager in daily operations
• Develop staff to boost performance and service
• Control expenses and minimize shrinkage
• Ensure effective merchandising and inventory management
Requirements:
• Minimum 18 years of age with management experience
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• Previous retail or supervisory experience required
• Strong understanding of company policies and procedures
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
