In this role, the Assistant Store Manager will work closely with the Store Manager to enhance guest services and control store expenses. Key responsibilities include store merchandising, inventory control, and ensuring adherence to company policies. Working up to 38 hours a week, you will be on your feet, actively engaging with the team and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain high-quality guest services

• Support the Store Manager in daily store operations

• Develop staff to achieve maximum sales and profitability

• Control expenses and shrinkage through effective practices

• Ensure compliance with merchandising and inventory policies

Requirements:

• Minimum 18 years of age

• Prior retail or management experience required

• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds

• Capable of climbing ladders and navigating the store

• Willingness to work up to 38 hours weekly
