Retail Sales and Merchandising Co-worker

What you’ll need to have
Sales Area :
Bath & Dining (Market hall)

Minimum 1 year of sales and/or retail experience with a proven ability to engage customers and drive sales results.

Strong customer-focused mindset with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Proactive, energetic, and flexible approach to work, with the ability to adapt to changing business needs.

Willingness to learn and support multiple departments, including understanding different products, processes, and customer journeys.

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with co-workers and stakeholders.

Experience with retail planning tools and Sales Location Management (SLM) is considered an asset.

Open availability and flexibility to work a non-rotational schedule based on business requirements.

Support sales performance across multiple departments, including Bath and Dining, by maintaining strong floor coverage and delivering consistent customer service.

Learn and apply department-specific processes, tools, and routines to effectively support customers and contribute to business goals.

Ensure areas of responsibility are clean, organized, fully stocked, accurately priced, and presented according to IKEA merchandising standards.

Continuously develop product knowledge and confidently share features, benefits, and solutions with customers and co-workers.

Demonstrate flexibility by adapting to varying business needs, priorities, and departmental requirements.

Collaborate with co-workers and stakeholders to achieve team objectives while providing support and sharing best practices.

Take initiative to identify opportunities for improvement, resolve customer concerns, and contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
