Job DescriptionIn this exciting and rewarding role of Beauty Manager at Superstore, you will invigorate excellence in your team, motivating and engaging them to surpass their targets. As a customer-centric leader, you will prioritize the needs of our valued customers while employing strategic thinking to foster a strong team culture conducive to achieving/exceeding sales and cost to serve targets.
In addition to your managerial responsibilities, you will also play an integral part as a Beauty Expert. Your expertise in advising customers on products, application techniques, and latest trends will enable them to make informed choices that align with their unique styles. By providing comprehensive information, advice, application guidance, and information on beauty products offered by Superstores beauty department; you will drive sales growth while maintaining exceptional levels of customer satisfaction.

What you will do- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the beauty department
- Ensure the department meets or exceeds sales and profitability goals
- Manage departmental expenses, shrink and labour
- Communicate regularly with store management and other department managers to ensure store-wide goals are met
- Possess a “selling is fun” attitude
- Builds customer loyalty through follow up and repeat business
- Promote sales of beauty products and provide information on new or existing products
- Train and develop department colleagues in customer service, product knowledge, and merchandising
- Seeks out development opportunities such as through workshop/education sessions to ensure product knowledge is current;
Participate in workshop/education sessions and learn through other online offerings to ensure product knowledge is current and up to date I.e. The Academy, vendor schools, You Tube, etc. - Ensure merchandise is stocked, displayed, and priced appropriately
