Business Development Representative

Kinetica Print, a division of Growth Media North America, Inc. is looking for a high-energy, self motivated Business Development Professional.

We are an established company offering graphic design, print, and mailing solutions. This position offers a salary, commissions, and extended benefits.

This position is for someone who wants to be a key driver in developing new business through print and design sales. The ideal candidate is a hunter for sales and is driven by winning new customers. Our company formula for marketing, cold calling, and follow-ups is a proven method to help the candidate be successful in this role.

• Identifying new customer prospects
• Cold call to new customers daily and consistently
• Phone, Video, and In-person appointments with prospective clients
• Generate and manage a consistent sales pipeline
• Follow up on leads and maintain ongoing client communication
• Prospect and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person visits
• Support prospects and clients with quotes, order processing, and project management
• Cultivate quality relationships with prospects and clients through top-quality customer service and regular follow-ups

• Experience:
  
  Minimum 1 Year with Outside Sales Experience in B2B Environment
• Experience in the Print industry is not required, but a valuable asset
• Experience making cold sales calls by telephone
• Strong customer service and relationship building skills
• Ability to establish relationships and build rapport with new people quickly
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and maintain a growth mindset
• Ability to work with monthly sales quotas and targets
• Valid Driver's Licence is Mandatory (Driving Record Check will be required)
• Reliable Vehicle

This is a Full Time Position 40 Hours per week. A territory will be assigned.
