Business Manager CPG Sales Strategy

Lead CPG sales strategy and portfolio growth as a Business Manager in Acosta’s hybrid Coquitlam, BC office model. Work onsite Tuesday through Thursday.

This full-time Business Manager manages client portfolios and go-to-market strategy within a defined marketing area. The position increases brand sales and market share while earning profit for manufacturers and Acosta. Success requires strategic planning, fact-based selling, new business development, and analytical thinking.

• Deliver volume, share, sales fundamentals, profitability, and return on investment
• Communicate client priorities and budgets to cross-functional teams
• Create selling stories for client-specific programs and initiatives
• Serve as primary contact for principal and customer issues
• Conduct formal business reviews with stakeholders throughout the fiscal year

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Five or more years of CPG sales or analytical experience
• Proven client sales experience with a food broker or national company
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
• Valid driver’s license and access to a car
