Facility Security Team Member

Become a Facility Security Team Member dedicated to the safety of team members and guests. Monitor compliance while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere at the casino.

Under the supervision of the Shift Manager, you will be responsible for the continuous monitoring of security conditions at the casino. Engage with guests and team members, while ensuring protocols are followed. Regular patrols and documentation of incidents will be key duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct monitoring and report on unsafe conditions and activities

• Manage access control by unauthorized persons

• Escort cash and assist in property recovery

• Perform routine patrols of all facility areas

• Communicate with operational departments effectively

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of work experience in security

• Serving it Right Certificate required

• Security license beneficial

• Occupational First Aid Level 2 Certificate preferred

• Must be available for flexible shifts including holidays
