As a Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician II, you will maintain critical in‑store equipment such as Slurpee machines, HVAC, refrigeration, beverage and food equipment, ice makers, and fuel dispensers. You will manage service requests, calibrate equipment, manage parts inventory, recommend external contractors, and train less experienced technicians.

• Respond to service requests for minor repairs to a wide variety of in‑store equipment (HVAC, refrigeration, beverage & food equipment, ice makers, and fuel dispensers)
• Handle orders for plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance issues
• Calibrate pumps, dispensers, and other equipment in accordance with legal standards
• Recommend when an outside contractor is required
• Manage parts inventory and complete daily reports to ensure efficiency
• Provide additional duties including training less experienced technicians, prioritizing work, basic maintenance on structures, etc.

• Education:
  
  High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Experience:
  
  2+ years in general repairs and maintenance
• Valid Driver’s License
• Skills:
  
  Ability to lead a team, provide peer‑to‑peer technical support, work independently, communicate effectively, handle stretch assignments, and own facility location
