In this full-time position, you will utilize your relationship-building and problem-solving skills daily. Engaging with both students and host families, you will work to create meaningful experiences and resolve any challenges that arise. Your ability to organize events and training sessions will significantly impact the Homestay community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee relationships between students and hosts
• Conduct training and orientation for families
• Keep accurate records and ongoing communication
• Build community support networks
• Handle crises efficiently and with empathy
Requirements:
• At least two years’ experience in homestay or related fields
• A valid Community College Certificate or Diploma
• Preferable international hosting experience
• Strong judgment and discretion in sensitive situations
• Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills
Support students and enhance cultural understanding through your role as a Relationship Manager at the Canada Homestay Network.
