Position Title: Fitness Supervisor
Location: Bettie Allard YMCA (555 Emerson St, Coquitlam, BC)
Terms: Full-Time Permanent
Hours: 35 hours per week
Shift: Sunday to Thursday schedule; shifts will vary between mornings, afternoons, and evening
Start Date: As soon as possible
Salary: $67,000 - $68,500
Reports To: Centre Manager, Bettie Allard YMCA

The Fitness Supervisor is responsible for developing and delivering high-quality fitness programs that align with YMCA standards, creating diverse schedules and initiatives to engage members of all fitness levels. This role provides leadership to Personal Trainers and Volunteers through recruitment, training, and coordination of schedules, ensuring smooth operations and strong team communication. Additionally, the Fitness Supervisor upholds safety protocols, fosters positive member relationships, and collaborates with the Member Experience Team to enhance satisfaction and retention.
