To maintain our operational needs, we are currently looking for an experienced, motivated Truck Driver who will join our team.

The position requires operating 7-ton moving trucks with a 20-foot trailer behind.

Responsibilities
  • Operate a truck between locations across Canada and the US as per the customer requirements;
  • Conduct pre- and post-truck inspections to ensure that all safety requirements are met;
  • Pack, physically load and unload furniture in a proper and secure way into the truck;
  • Keep all records of deliveries, working hours and required documentation;
  • Effectively communicate with clients, team members, and dispatchers regarding the delivery process and all possible issues that occur;
  • Adhere to all transportation regulations;
  • Perform similar duties as assigned, assisting clients with their needs during transportation.
Job Requirements
  • Secondary school completion is required;
  • Driving license:
    Class 5 is required;
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role;
  • Medical check (covered by employer);
  • Criminal record check.
