Leavitt Industrial Group is looking for a Fleet Manager in Coquitlam, British Columbia, to oversee vehicle and equipment lifecycle, utilization, and cost management.
This impactful role is for candidates with 7–10+ years in fleet management or similar fields. You will be responsible for enhancing fleet performance through strategic planning and operational execution. Key skills in budgeting, procurement, and data-driven decision-making will be vital in managing the fleet effectively and safely.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a fleet strategy to meet financial objectives
• Monitor fleet utilization and total cost of ownership
• Optimize fleet assets for performance improvements
• Enforce preventive maintenance programs effectively
• Govern vendor performance with clear metrics
Requirements:
• 7–10+ years of fleet or operations management experience
• Strong financial analysis and decision-making abilities
• Familiarity with fleet management tools and telematics
• Leadership capabilities to develop team performance
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
