As an Order Picker, you will be tasked with filling customer orders and supporting the Service Desk team. This position requires attention to detail and a commitment to safety as you gather, pack, and label products.
Your role will directly impact customer satisfaction, making it vital to maintain accuracy and effectiveness in your tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Gather products according to pick lists to fulfill orders
• Pack and label items carefully for transportation
• Manage customer transactions at the Service Desk
• Ensure compliance with safety and loss prevention protocols
• Assist in organizing the warehouse for efficient delivery
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent is necessary
• 1 to 2 years of experience in retail or distribution
• Familiarity with operating a reach truck is beneficial
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to lift and move heavy items safely
