• Coordinate and monitor all aspects of trucking operations, including scheduling, routing, and tracking shipments to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
• Collaborate with carriers and drivers to arrange pick‑up and delivery schedules while optimizing route efficiency.
• Communicate with customers to provide shipment status updates, address inquiries, and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Manage and maintain transportation documentation, such as bills of lading, shipping manifests, and other relevant records.
• Work closely with internal teams, including sales, customer service, and warehouse, to ensure seamless coordination and execution of logistics operations.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements in transportation operations.
• Act as the main point of contact for drivers and carriers, addressing any operational concerns promptly and professionally.
• Proactively address potential delays or disruptions in delivery schedules and implement contingency plans when necessary.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to monitor performance metrics and identify areas for improvement in efficiency and service quality.

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field is preferred, but relevant experience will also be considered.
• Proven experience in logistics coordination, preferably within the trucking or 3PL industry.
• Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS) and other logistics software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with carriers, drivers, and customers.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Knowledge of transportation regulations and safety standards.
• Detail‑oriented and highly organized with a focus on accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
