Lead Transport Safety Supervisor STRIVE

Position: Lead Transport Safety Supervisor with STRIVE
Take charge of transport safety operations as a Transport Safety Operations Supervisor age in hands-on leadership to oversee drivers and ensure compliance with safety protocols.

You will supervise 18-25 collection truck drivers, primarily working in the field (80%) while handling administrative responsibilities (20%). Training new and tenured employees on safety checks and route performance will be vital. A Class 3 Driver’s License and supervisory experience in a safety-sensitive environment are required for this leadership role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate service routes for operational efficiency

• Analyze route data for trends and improvements

• Ensure compliance through operational reviews

• Implement safety checks before and after shifts

• Manage staffing schedules and maintain communication

Requirements:

• 2-3 years in a similar supervisory role

• Class 3 Driver's License or ability to obtain

• Familiarity with industrial vehicles an advantage

• Proficient in GPS tracking systems

• Strong problem-solving and reporting skills
