Position: Full-Time Recycling Driver at Waste Control Service
Become a vital part of Waste Control Service as a Residential Recycling Driver in Coquitlam. This full-time role requires a Class 5 license with air brakes for safe collection of curbside recycling.

As a member of the passionate service team at Waste Control Service, you will operate Side Load trucks, navigate routes in West Vancouver, and ensure safe and courteous recycling collection. Ideal candidates should possess two years of experience in the waste management sector and demonstrate effective communication and problem-solving skills. Your interactions with customers will help maintain positive relationships and support efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Side Load trucks for curbside recycling collection

• Navigate designated routes efficiently and adhere to schedules

• Provide courteous service, addressing customer inquiries

• Resolve issues during collections such as blocked routes

• Communicate effectively with dispatch on collection progress

Requirements:

• Class 5 License with Air Brakes endorsement

• Preferred two years of waste management experience

• Positive communication skills in diverse conditions

• Valid driver’s abstract with no contraventions

• Ability to work outdoors in all weather
