We are seeking an experienced Shipping Supervisor with 2-3 years of supervisory experience in logistics. You will be responsible for developing work plans, organizing tasks, and overseeing daily operations.

Your role will also involve training staff, conducting performance reviews, and improving productivity.

Requirements:
