Collections Operations Supervisor

Position: Collections Operations Supervisor Role
Drive operational efficiency as a Collections Operations Supervisor with Waste Connections of Canada. Supervise drivers, lead compliance audits, and ensure safety standards are met daily.

In this vital position, you will oversee the operational aspects of multiple collection routes within the company. You’ll conduct operational audits and manage driver activities to ensure they comply with safety standards and policies. Strong leadership and ethical decision-making are required for this role to affect the team's performance positively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations across multiple collection routes

• Conduct on-road driver observations to ensure compliance

• Implement safety programs and lead training sessions

• Analyze route data for performance insights

• Plan employee schedules and maintain communication

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Leadership experience preferred

• Clean Driver’s Abstract and Class 3 license

• Experience with refuse equipment is an asset

• Proactive approach to workplace safety
