Position: Roll-Off Driver Floater Role at WCS
Become a Roll-Off Driver Floater with Waste Control Service, ensuring safe vehicle operations and excellent customer service Monday to Friday.

Waste Control Service is searching for a Roll-Off Driver who will operate roll-off trucks and provide operational support across divisions. A Class 3 or Class 1 Driver’s License is mandatory, along with a desire to learn Front Load duties. The ideal applicant will demonstrate two years of experience in the waste management field and a commitment to service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure vehicle safety through thorough inspections

• Refuel and maintain fluids as necessary

• Complete required paperwork for each shift

• Drive safely while adhering to all regulations

• Communicate any site or vehicle issues to Dispatch

Requirements:

• Valid Class 3 or Class 1 Driver’s License

• Minimum two years in the waste management sector

• Ability to collaborate in a team environment

• Capacity to handle physical demands of the job

• Willingness to perform across multiple divisions
