• Oversee daily operations of collection routes

• Perform audits and on-road driver observations

• Enforce daily safety and maintenance vehicle checks

• Coordinate with dispatchers for efficient operations

• Plan and oversee employee schedules and assignments

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred

• Class 3 driver’s license (or higher) required

• Experience with refuse collection equipment is a plus

• Data entry and analytical skills necessary
