As a Shipping Supervisor, you will report directly to the Plant Manager and be responsible for supervising shipping staff, maintaining records, and overseeing safe loading and unloading. This position is vital for maintaining quality standards and compliance within the shipping department.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and train shipping personnel daily
• Manage product loading and unloading processes
• Maintain detailed records and invoices for shipments
• Uphold safety standards and warehouse cleanliness
• Ensure effective outbound logistics operations
Requirements:
• Grade 12 Diploma and three years relevant shipping experience
• Proficient technical knowledge in shipping
• Basic computer literacy (Excel, Word, TMS)
• Effective communication skills in English
• Adaptability to varied environmental conditions
