Job Overview
Operations Associate I — Great Brands & Great People. We work with big, exciting coffee and beverage brands and work in a fast‑paced, forward‑looking culture. We’re looking for a roll‑up‑your‑sleeve person to join our team and build a career as an Operations Associate I in Coquitlam, British Columbia.
Responsibilities- Deliver products to customers.
- Assist with warehouse duties: receiving, unloading, picking, and loading.
- Replace vacation and absences in delivery and warehouse department.
- Perform housekeeping of common areas, wash thermoses, build cabinets for Service Team, etc.
- Clean and maintain equipment at client sites (performing filter changes).
- Provide assistance as needed to the operations team.
This list is not exhaustive. Any other related duties may be assigned by the line manager.
Total RewardsCAD $41,900.00 – $57,200.00 annually. Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors.

Requirements- High School diploma preferred.
- Valid Driver's License and clean driver’s abstract.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to handle a physically demanding job with heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs).
