Position: Operations Associate I
Job Overview
Operations Associate I — Great Brands & Great People. We work with big, exciting coffee and beverage brands and work in a fast‑paced, forward‑looking culture. We’re looking for a roll‑up‑your‑sleeve person to join our team and build a career as an Operations Associate I in Coquitlam, British Columbia.

Responsibilities

Deliver products to customers.

Assist with warehouse duties: receiving, unloading, picking, and loading.

Replace vacation and absences in delivery and warehouse department.

Perform housekeeping of common areas, wash thermoses, build cabinets for Service Team, etc.

Clean and maintain equipment at client sites (performing filter changes).

Provide assistance as needed to the operations team.

This list is not exhaustive. Any other related duties may be assigned by the line manager.

Total Rewards
CAD $41,900.00 – $57,200.00 annually. Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors.

Requirements

High School diploma preferred.

Valid Driver's License and clean driver’s abstract.

Competencies

Basic computer skills.

Ability to handle a physically demanding job with heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs).
