Afternoon Warehouse Supervisor

In this newly created role, you'll supervise warehouse operations and ensure that quality and productivity are maximized. Your leadership will guide staff training, motivate the team, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. This permanent full-time position runs Monday to Friday, with flexible hours either 4:00 pm – 12:30 am or 6:00 pm – 2:30 am.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and coordinate warehouse activities for efficiency

• Ensure all staff receive proper training and feedback

• Maintain integrity and fairness in team management

• Implement process changes for operational improvement

• Oversee safe handling and storage of products

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience

• Familiarity with GMP environments is an asset

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Experience with forklifts and powered equipment preferred

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
