Coquitlam Fleet and Warehouse Coordinator

Woola is seeking a Fleet and Warehouse Coordinator in Coquitlam, BC. This full-time opportunity focuses on maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting technician operations on-site.

You will play a vital role in organizing our warehouse, ensuring that tools and materials are readily available for our service teams. By tracking inventory, staging supplies for projects, and maintaining our fleet, you'll help Woola deliver exceptional client service. Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse

• Receive and inspect incoming inventory for accuracy

• Prepare equipment and materials for technician use

• Monitor vehicle maintenance tasks and documentation

• Support field teams with timely material delivery

Requirements:

• Possess a valid BC Driver's Licence and a good driving record

• High organizational skills and detail-oriented approach

• Ability to lift and move materials safely and effectively

• Comfortable collaborating with both office and field teams

• Experience in warehouse or trades environments is beneficial
