Supervisor, Warehouse Operations
, where you'll play a key role in leading our evening warehouse operations, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring products are handled safely and efficiently to support our customers across North America.
Job Status: Permanent Full-Time (40 hours/week)
Shift: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 AM (flexible as needed)
Work Location: Onsite – 1550 United Boulevard, Coquitlam, BC
Salary Range: $65,000 – $85,000 per annum
- Lead and coordinate daily warehouse operations across shipping, receiving, inventory, and material handling activities.
- Coach, develop, and motivate team members to achieve productivity, quality, and safety targets.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement process enhancements that improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with supervisors and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and uninterrupted warehouse operations.
- Conduct performance reviews, manage schedules and timesheets, and support recruitment, investigations, and employee engagement activities.
- A minimum of 2 years of warehouse experience and 2 years of supervisory experience, preferably within a GMP-regulated environment.
- Completion of Grade 12, with the willingness and ability to pursue additional relevant training.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including intermediate proficiency in Excel with experience using formulas, pivot tables, and graphs.
- Experience with warehouse operations, inventory management, and material handling processes.
- Forklift and powered equipment experience (or the ability and willingness to obtain certification through company-provided training).
