Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule and manage team member shifts
• Plan and allocate daily tasks to team members
• Train and develop team for optimal performance
• Communicate progress and objectives with stakeholders
• Collaborate with other leads and managers
Requirements:
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Effective written and verbal communication
• Experience in team leadership is an asset
• Background in warehouse or logistics is a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems
