Early Morning Warehouse Co-worker

What you'll need to have

• Enjoys fast-paced distribution environments
• Passionate about providing provide great customer service
• Comfortable with standing, lifting upto 50 lbs, and walking for long periods
• Warehouse/logistics experience is a plus
• Forklift license is a nice-to-have, or willing to learn
• Experience with warehouse equipment is a plus
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
• People-person, good at building rapport
• Results-driven
• Team player, but can work solo
• Committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace
• You're energized by an early start and are available to work flexible early morning shifts times between 2:00 AM and 12:00 PM (noon), helping prepare the store so our customers can enjoy a great IKEA experience every day.

• Handle shipping, picking, receiving, and storage .
• Secure merchandise for safe movement
• Store/stage pallets in assigned locations
• Maintain safety and security in work areas
