Warehouse Operations Manager Bunzl

The Warehouse Manager oversees full-scope distribution activities for Bunzl Safety. This includes managing warehouse personnel and drivers, developing employees, controlling inventory, and maintaining health and safety. The manager also interfaces with departments and customers while supporting productivity and cost objectives.

• Lead warehouse personnel and drivers across daily operations
• Analyze methods for sustained productivity increases
• Manage inventory accuracy through AS400 cycle counts and bin walks
• Maintain organized warehouses and warehouse equipment
• Audit records for legal and company-policy compliance

• Three to five years of related experience or training
• Knowledge of OHSA and DOT transportation regulations
• Forklift certification and warehouse equipment experience
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Flexible schedule with hands-on management style
