As a Personal Lines Insurance Advisor, you will consult with clients to understand their specific insurance needs and develop tailored policies. You will manage existing policies and provide continuous client support. Your proactive approach will help cultivate client relationships and identify new business opportunities in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess personal insurance needs through client consultations
• Develop personalized insurance policies to match client requirements
• Manage policy administration, renewals, and adjustments
• Process claims and maintain accurate client records
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals
Requirements:
• High school diploma; a degree in finance is advantageous
• Level 1 BC General Insurance Licence mandatory
• 2-3 years of experience in insurance
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and compliance regulations
• Strong interpersonal and proactive communication skills
