Base pay range$90,000.00/yr - $/yr

- Support daily and month-end accounting, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements
- Assist with consolidation and reporting across multiple entities and investments
- Support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and performance reporting
- Coordinate with external tax advisors and maintain audit‑ready documentation
- Assist with cash management, liquidity forecasting, and internal controls
- Help improve accounting processes and reporting systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CPA‑track preferred
- 3–6 years of accounting experience (family office, investments, real estate, or fund accounting a plus)
- Strong GAAP knowledge, Excel skills, and accounting systems experience
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and proactive communicator
- Full‑time, Miami‑based role
