As our Bookkeeper, you will play a key role in keeping our clients’ financial records accurate, organized, and ready for tax planning and preparation. You will work closely with tax professionals and management, supporting a diverse portfolio of individuals and businesses.

• Maintain accurate general ledgers, journals, and account reconciliations for multiple clients.
• Process accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank/credit card reconciliations.
• Prepare financial reports, trial balances, and support schedules for tax return preparation.
• Review and clean up client books to ensure they are tax‑ready and compliant.
• Assist with year‑end closing, adjusting journal entries, and issue resolution.
• Communicate with clients to obtain documentation, answer questions, and clarify transactions.

• Proven bookkeeping experience in a tax office, public accounting firm, or multi‑client environment.
• Strong understanding of debits/credits, reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., Quick Books or similar) and Excel.
• High level of accuracy, organization, and confidentiality.
• Clear, professional communication skills and a client‑service mindset.
• Eager to learn payroll processes.
